Information We Collect

PlainHealthAccess collects as little visitor data as possible. Analytics are powered by Umami, a platform that operates without cookies and does not store personal identifiers. The only data retained is aggregate traffic statistics like total page views and general referral sources.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

PlainHealthAccess does not set first-party cookies. However, third-party services used on this site may set cookies:

  • Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing patterns.

All data displayed on this site comes from HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. No private or proprietary data is used. No personally identifiable information from these datasets is stored or displayed.

Editorial Independence

PlainHealthAccess transforms source data from CMS, HHS, CDC, FDA, and HRSA into readable profiles through its publishing workflow. Pages identify their sources and methodology; PlainHealthAccess is responsible for its editorial standards and corrections process.

We do not accept payment, sponsorship, or promoted placement from providers, hospitals, manufacturers, or any healthcare entity. Our only revenue source is contextual display advertising served by Google AdSense, advertisers do not influence which entities we cover or how we present data, and they do not receive preferential placement.
